Dr. Cem Kocer holds a PhD degree from University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis in the field of international commercial law. Currently following the strategic finance program at IMD Switzerland. Worked several years in the investment promotion business, started first with Invest Hong Kong then switched to promote Switzerland in abroad. Responsible mainly for multinationals to forge strategic operations in Switzerland and identify business development opportunities for the clients. Multifaceted roles and contributions in business development include; strategic planning, development and administration of a large spectrum of projects in different industries.
